If you work directly for an airline or operator, you are encouraged to apply to participate in our Hosted Airline Program for FREE at PBExpo. To be eligible to participate in our Hosted Airline Program, you must be employed at either a Cargo, Charter, Private, Regional, or Commercial Airline and hold a position in one of the following areas: Engineering, Maintenance, Technical Operations, Quality, Procurement, or Supply Chain. You must apply with a valid company email. Spaces are limited; therefore, we suggest you apply as soon as possible.

Experience PBExpo as a VIP on Us
Complimentary Hotel Stay
We will provide 3-nights complimentary accommodation near the Miami Beach Convention Center, convenient to downtown Miami and South Beach.
Complimentary Golf
We will include a round of golf for you during the PBExpo Charity Golf Tournament at the Miami Beach Golf Club. All green and cart fees are included as well as complimentary drinks and meals. The golf tournament is a great aviation industry networking opportunity!
Ground Transportation
Members will receive complimentary transportation from local airports to their hotels.
Airline members will have access to the Airline Pavilion, an exclusive meeting space for airlines and suppliers to conduct business.
Access to the VIP Lounge
Each member will have a VIP wristband, accessing the VIP Lounge where free food and drinks are served, and entertainment.
Free Networking Reception
Members will be invited to meet other airline peers, speakers, delegates, visitors, and exhibitors at the PBExpo Networking Reception.
Welcome Reception
Airlines are invited to attend the exclusive welcome reception for sponsors and exhibitors.
Airline Concierge
