All persons planning to attend PBExpo must be registered with the event. PBExpo is a private trade show open to the industry only, and not open to the public. Individuals not directly related to the industry will not be permitted into the event.
Animals are not permitted at PBExpo. The only exception is for service animals, which must be kept under control at all times.
Identification is required at all times while attending PBExpo. It will be required for entry to the event at all times. Show Management reserves the right to verify the identity of any persons accepting and/or using an event badge. Any person found using another person's badge will be asked to leave the premises and badge confiscated.
Children under 12 are never permitted on the exhibit floor under any circumstances. Children ages 12 to 17 will be permitted into the exhibit hall during official exhibit hours only provided they register, pay all appropriate fees and are accompanied at all times by an adult ages 25 or older.
Dress for PBExpo is business casual. This applies to all attendees and exhibitors, as well as to all personnel working on behalf of exhibitors in their booths.
Show Management requires a unique email address be provided for all registrations to attend PBExpo. The unique email address is required to manage the directory of attendees and also used by exhibitors to effectively follow-up with leads. By registering and providing contact information, attendees and exhibitors agree to the use by PBExpo and PartsBase of your contact information to communicate to you about events, products, services and offerings by PBExpo and PartsBase. In addition, attendees and exhibitors agree that your contact information may be shared with sponsors of PBExpo, so they can contact you directly about their products or services
Company promotion, samples, giveaways and literature distribution by exhibitors must be done within their contracted exhibit spaces, with the exception of designated sponsorships and marketing opportunities. Unless a marketing opportunity (including sponsorship) has been contracted by the exhibitor, all company promotion and product sampling must occur within the contracted booth space. This includes, but is not limited to hand-outs, lead retrieval, approaching exhibitor booths to sell products, leaving and/or distributing product information in public spaces and aisles. Anyone in violation of such rules will be asked to leave the event and forfeit their badges.
Exhibitors and attendees authorize Show Management and its representatives to photograph and/or record all or any part of the event (including, without limitation, exhibitor's exhibit space and personnel, educational sessions and networking events). Exhibitors and attendees hereby grant Show Management the worldwide, perpetual, royalty free right and license to reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly perform and publicly display all such photographs and recordings (and any derivative works thereof) in any medium (now existing or hereafter developed).
Any meetings and/or events (hospitality suites) that are to be held outside of the event venue should be held outside of official event hours. Events and meetings must be registered and approved by providing this information to Show Management in writing. Exhibitors have the option to publish their meetings or events on the PBExpo website if desired.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas inside the convention center. Smoking is permitted solely in designated smoking areas outside the building.
All participants of PBExpo shall indemnify, defend and hold Show Management harmless from and against any and all claims, penalties, damages, losses, costs, charges, and expenses whatsoever, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of exhibitor and/or attendee's participation in the Event, except where such claims are directly attributable to the gross negligence of Show Management or its employees, including without limitation the following; damage or injury to any person, persons, or property arising from or by reason of the occupation and use of the exhibit space; acts done or caused to be done by attendees, exhibitors, its agents, employees guests or invitees; any breach by the exhibitor/attendee; any loss, damage or destruction to property of the facility caused by the exhibitor and/or attendee, its agents, employees, guests, or invitees; any loss, theft, misappropriation or otherwise, or damage or destruction of any property of the exhibitor or property of its guests or invitees brought into the facility.
