Director, Global MRO Operations, Business Performance and Analysis
Reynaldo has a diverse professional background with over 20 years of experience in aviation, financial services, marketing, and general management. He joined Delta in 2007 and has held multiple roles of increased responsibilities in Finance, Marketing, TechOps, Supplier Operations, and MRO Services.
In his most recent role as Director of Global MRO Operations at Delta TechOps, Reynaldo is responsible for leading all quantitative analysis, performance metrics, financial projections, forecasting and reporting for the group. In addition, he’s responsible for managing the operations and service delivery for all maintenance, repair, and overhauls completed for third-party customers – helping the airline and its customers optimize profitability while achieving superior, “world class”, operational performance on safety, quality, reliability, cost and turn-around-time.
When Reynaldo is not in the office, he is usually jet-setting around the world. He has visited over 90 countries and logged more than 1000 flights. Reynaldo’s passion for aviation allowed him to earn his Private Pilot’s License, Instrument Rating, and Airframe and Powerplant license before the age of 20.
Prior to joining Delta, Reynaldo spent the first part of his career in Wall Street working at companies like Standard & Poor’s and Thomson Reuters. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
Reynaldo serves on the board of ASA (Aviation Suppliers Association) as Treasurer and also serves on the Dean’s Diversity Advisory Board at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Massimo joined Amazon in 2017 as Head, AWS Travel, bringing 20 years of experience in the airline and hospitality industry. Before joining Amazon, he worked for ITASoftware as Technical Director, and at Google as Head BD Travel, EMEA. His core expertise is in airline pricing, distribution, revenue management, and e-commerce. Based in Cambridge, MA, he is now responsible for AWS engagements globally in the travel space. He graduated in Software Engineering from the University of Venice and acquired a Master in Science of Transportation / Airline Business and Management from MIT. He is Italian by birth with a passion for cooking and travelling the world.

Director IT Supply Chain Technology - United Airlines
Denise has a strong supply chain experience across multiple industries. Currently, she is the Director IT, Technical Operations – Supply Chain at United Airlines. In this role, she is driving the technology footprint and roadmap to transform the supply chain into modern, integrated platforms. Along with supporting the Technical Operations Supply Chain, she is also coordinating technology and best practices across the other supply chains within the airline. This includes Catering, Airport Operations and Cargo.
Prior to her role at United Airlines, she was a Senior Director at GE Healthcare designing and implementing supply chain initiatives across procurement, order entry, inventory planning, manufacturing and logistics to drive standard work in these functions and improve user adoption of core systems. Denise has also held various roles at GE Healthcare in the Service and Parts functions developing teams and methodologies for IoT initiatives that use data from CT and MRIs to predict part failures. Prior to GE Healthcare, Denise had additional supply chain IT roles at Jockey International, Arthur Andersen Consulting and Ernst & Young management consulting.
Denise holds a B.S. in Business & Computer Systems from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a M.B.A. from Loyola University Chicago. In her spare time, she enjoys biking, hiking, gardening, listening to every genre of music, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers! She only has 45,000 people in front her in line for season tickets at Lambeau Field.
